At Pallabi’s Closet, every piece is handled with care. As a handloom brand, we understand the importance of ensuring that your purchase reaches you in the condition and quality you expect.

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return & Exchange Period

Eligible products may be returned or exchanged within [7 days] from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions mentioned below.

Requests submitted after the applicable period may not be accepted, except where required by applicable law.

2. Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must:

• Be unused and unworn;

• Have all original tags and packaging intact;

• Be free from stains, perfume, makeup, damage, or other signs of use; and

• Be returned with the original invoice/order details where applicable.

We reserve the right to inspect returned products before approving a return or exchange.

3. Handloom Characteristics

Our products may contain natural variations in colour, weave, texture, motifs, and finish due to their handcrafted and handwoven nature.

Such variations are an inherent characteristic of handloom textiles and are generally not considered defects.

Minor irregularities should therefore not automatically qualify a product for return or refund.

4. Non-Returnable Products

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the following products may not be eligible for return or exchange:

• Customized or personalized products;

• Made-to-order products;

• Altered garments;

• Certain bridal or occasion-wear pieces;

• Products specifically marked as non-returnable on the product page; and

• Products that have been worn, washed, damaged, stained, or otherwise used.

The applicable return conditions will be clearly communicated for products with special restrictions.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that appears damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us within [48 hours] of delivery.

• Clear photographs of the product;

• Photographs/videos of the packaging, where relevant; and

• A brief description of the issue.

Our team will review the concern and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, exchange, repair, refund, or other suitable resolution in accordance with applicable law.

6. Incorrect Product

If we accidentally send you a product different from the one ordered, please contact us within [48 hours] of delivery.

7. Return Shipping

10. Exchanges

If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer an alternative resolution, including a refund where applicable.

Any difference in product price will be handled as communicated during the exchange process.

11. Cancellation
