1. Order Processing

As many of our products are handcrafted, handwoven, made-to-order, or carefully finished by artisans, certain products may require additional processing time. The estimated dispatch time will be communicated on the product page or at the time of purchase wherever applicable.

Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays, or during announced holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has been dispatched, it will be handed over to our delivery partner.

Estimated delivery timelines are:

While we work with our delivery partners to ensure timely delivery, Pallabi’s Closet cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date unless expressly confirmed.

Unexpected delays may occur because of:

• Public holidays;

• Festivals;

• Transportation issues;

• Government restrictions; or

• Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in tracking delayed shipments.

7. Damaged Packages

If your package appears visibly damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please document the condition of the package before opening it, where reasonably possible.

This will help us investigate the issue with our delivery partner.

8. Missing or Incorrect Items
